It looks so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
NIce drawing, ofcourse the hair (being aproximatly the largest part of the drawing) looks very good, nice colouring. But just the drawing of Sailor Mars it seems like the clothing didn't get much attention. I'd like to see more detail in it, mainly because you have put so much effort in the detail of the hair, face and eyes.

This one looks even better than Mars.
The face looks great.
I miss the shadows in the clothing.
Might I also suggest that you use something different to colour your drawings? Her face and neck are slightly red, probably from her collar.
