Murcky is fine, but thise one is not. The hair is wrong... it falls in an incorrect manner, I don't know what went wrong there maybe anyone of you can give me a tip of how to make her hair better?

I think it might by that the hair does not seem to make close contact with his head. It seems to further itself from the head a bit and then falls down.

Maybe you could draw the hair less wide in it's whole next time, I mean less distance to the end of the head and the outer lines of the hair.

Her hair is ok, maybe just a bit, I don't know...as if it sticks together. You could try leaving more spaces in it, that way it looks more natural.
I think her eyes are situated wrongly..yes! If you look at her left cheek, it is sort of turned away, but you can see all of her left eye, while you shouldn't, as she is turned slightly to the left. Now her face looks wrong.
